Welcome to the QualiCert project !

QualiCert stands for “Common quality certification and accreditation for installers of smallscale renewable energy systems” and started in July 2009.

In a 30-month-period, it aims at developing a common approach to accreditation and certification of installers of small-scale RE systems for 5 EU Members States (i.e. Austria, France, Greece, Italy and Poland). Read a more detailed description of the project in our “What’s QualiCert” section!

Through this website the QualiCert Consortium will provide you with information about the progress of their activities, be it in terms of documents produced, newsletters, articles or events organized or attended by the project partners.

We will be backed in our work by a High Level Steering Group (HLSG), made of representatives of public authorities, agencies and other relevant stakeholders from each Member State, involved in the RES accreditation/certification field. The HLSG will be informed on the progress of the project activities and will be asked a feedback on project outputs. You can get to know better the HLSG members here!

In order to offer a more thorough overview of the certification/accreditation field, we will update our Related Policy Background section with relevant policy documents.
